About PoolTally

PoolTally is a free, growing set of pool volume and water care calculators. Each tool answers one practical question a pool owner asks before a water care task: how many gallons your pool holds, how much chlorine to add, and how much salt to reach the right level.

What we believe

Most renovation calculators are slow, cluttered, or hide the simple math behind a wall of ads and signup prompts. PoolTally does the opposite. Every tool is one page, loads fast, and shows the formula and a worked example so you can see exactly how the number was reached and check it yourself.

How the estimates work

All math runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server or stored. Each tool preloads a current US average for material and labor prices and lets you replace it with your own local quote. Figures are for planning and budgeting, not a contractor quote.

How it stays free
